The design approach for the Lipman Burgon & Partners workplace fitout at 14 Martin Place focused on harmonising the building’s heritage features with a modern workplace aesthetic. The iconic arched windows served as a key influence, complemented by black gridded glazing and soft sheer curtains that balance openness with privacy. Coffered ceilings were integrated to enhance acoustics while adding depth to the design. Curved bulkheads and textured wall finishes introduced a layered, softened look, and the kitchen, with its bespoke joinery and bold natural stone, reflects a residential influence—creating a warm, home-like environment for their family-feeling team.
